Proposal Support Specialist (Hybrid)

📋 Description

• Set up sourced products end-to-end in ERP with accurate item details
• Review project docs and scope to verify order accuracy before data entry
• Partner with Purchasing, Sales, and Planning to confirm setup and materials
• Communicate with Accounting and Sales to surface pricing discrepancies early
• Identify and reconcile order or data discrepancies promptly
• Maintain organized, audit-ready electronic order files per policy

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in order processing, data entry, or ops coordination
• High school diploma or GED
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook
• Clear written and verbal communication across cross-functional teams
• Hybrid role at Carson, CA; on-site regularly
• Associate's or Bachelor's in Business, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred)
