Proposal Team Manager

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end proposal development from request to final submission.
• Ensure proposals meet client requirements, standards, deadlines, quality.
• Manage, mentor, and support a team of proposal writers and coordinators.
• Develop strategies that communicate value and address client needs.
• Review and edit proposal content for clarity, consistency, accuracy.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather required information.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 10 years in proposal management, or 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Experience managing end-to-end proposal development in professional services, healthcare, or technology.
• Experience in Employee Assistance Program (EAP) industry is a plus.
• Strong project management, organizational, and prioritization skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with attention to detail.
• Experience managing multiple proposals with competing deadlines.
