📋 Description

• RFx Leadership: Lead Benevity's most complex RFx responses from kickoff to submission, partnering
• Proposal Writing: Write client-specific executive summaries, cover letters and solution narratives
• Intake and Triage: Manage RFx intake and triage, make bid/no-bid recommendations and help
• Quality Assurance: Lead the final review of the team's typical RFx responses for compliance
• Content Library Ownership: Own the structure and governance of our RFx library (Loopio), working
• Process Improvement: Work with the Manager to improve proposal processes, templates and tools

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience writing and managing RFx responses, ideally for B2B SaaS or enterprise
• A track record of owning complex, high-value proposals from start to finish.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to make complex information clear and
• Ability to develop win strategies and position Benevity against client needs.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple RFx deadlines at once.
• Experience building or managing a proposal content library in Loopio or similar RFx software.
