Proposal Writer - Defense

📋 Description

• Draft and edit proposals from first draft through final submission
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Delivery, and Solutions teams
• Ensure proposals comply with solicitation rules and page limits
• Draft Statements of Work with deliverables and milestones
• Develop ROMs and pricing narratives with contracts/engineering teams

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS in English, Communications, Technical Writing, Engineering, or related field
• 3–8 years of proposal/technical writing experience
• Ability to write SOWs, specs, and customer-focused proposals
• Comfortable working with BD and translate technical concepts
• Bias toward action and strong attention to detail and compliance
