📋 Description

• Set up sourced products end-to-end in our ERP system, ensuring every item detail, selection, and
• Review and cross-reference project documentation and community scope to verify order accuracy prior
• Partner with Purchasing, Sales, and Planning Operations to confirm product setup is complete and
• Communicate clearly with internal teams — including Accounting and the sales field — to surface and
• Identify and reconcile moderately complex order or data discrepancies in a timely way, keeping
• Maintain organized, audit-ready electronic order files in line with company policies and compliance

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in order processing, data entry, or operations coordination
• High school diploma or GED
• Microsoft Office Suite proficiency — Excel and Outlook
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to coordinate across teams that may have different priorities
• Hybrid role based in Carson, CA; must be willing to work on-site on a regular schedule
