📋 Description

• Partner with proposals leadership to shape the function's strategy, including intake
• Own the architecture, roadmap, and continuous improvement of a scalable proposal content management
• Develop content strategies, response frameworks, and compelling narratives for strategically
• Work directly with pursuit leads to strengthen proposal messaging, response quality, positioning
• Establish and maintain enterprise-wide proposal standards, style guides, review processes, and
• Build content libraries and knowledge-management practices that enable sales teams to quickly

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required, with 10+ years of experience in proposal management, proposal strategy
• Significant experience within healthcare, managed care, health technology, or a closely related
• Demonstrated success building and scaling proposal content strategies, content libraries
• Proven ability to improve proposal response quality and contribute to stronger commercial outcomes
• Exceptional writing, editing, storytelling, and communication skills, with the ability to develop
