Proposals Manager - Pharmacovigilance

📋 Description

• Strategically support and lead the development of proposals, including strategy development and
• Coordinate input from sales, marketing, operations, finance, legal and top management
• QC and sense check stakeholder feedback; ensure high quality client proposals, budgets and client
• Attend department meetings (global RFP Triage, P&C internal meetings, adhoc calls)
• Support and participate at proposals training, onboarding new staff and ongoing training
• Support contract/change order coordination for key accounts and opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience developing proposals and managing budgets within the CRO industry
• Background in Pharmacovigilance (Safety Services) or with PV providers is a plus
