Strategically support and lead the development of proposals, including strategy development and
Coordinate input from sales, marketing, operations, finance, legal and top management
QC and sense check of stakeholder feedback
Deliver high-quality client-focused proposals, budgets and client grids for new opportunities
Attend department meetings and internal meetings (RFP Triage, P&C, adhoc calls)
Support and participate in proposals training and onboarding of new staff

🎯 Requirements

Proven experience developing proposals and managing budgets within the CRO industry
Background in Pharmacovigilance or PV providers is a plus
