Strategically support and lead the development of proposals.
Coordinate input from sales, marketing, operations, finance, legal and top management.
QC and validate stakeholder feedback to ensure quality.
Deliver high quality client proposals, budgets and client grids for new opportunities.
Attend RFP triage, internal meetings, and ad hoc calls.
Support training for new staff and ongoing P&C team development.

🎯 Requirements

Proven experience developing proposals and managing budgets in CRO/pharmacovigilance context.
Background in Pharmacovigilance or with PV providers is a plus.
