Strategically lead development of proposals for new business opportunities
Coordinate input from sales, marketing, operations, finance, legal and top management
QC and validate stakeholder feedback
Deliver high-quality client-focused proposals, budgets and client grids
Attend RFP triage and internal meetings; participate in proposal training
Support contracts, change orders and streamlined proposal processes

🎯 Requirements

Proven experience developing proposals and managing budgets in CRO/pharmacovigilance
Background in Pharmacovigilance or PV providers is a plus
