Strategically support and lead the development of proposals, including support strategy development
Ensure proposal input obtained from sales, marketing, operational teams, finance, legal and top
QC and sense check of stakeholder feedback
Deliver high quality client-focused proposals, budgets and client grids for new business
Attend department meetings including global RFP Triage, P&C internal meetings, and other adhoc
Support and Participate at Proposals training for onboarding and ongoing staff development

🎯 Requirements

Proven experience developing proposals and managing budgets within the CRO industry
Background in Pharmacovigilance (Safety Services) or with PV providers is a plus
