Strategically support and lead the development of proposals, including strategy development and
Ensure input from stakeholders across sales, marketing, operations, finance, legal and top
QC and sense check of stakeholder feedback
Deliver high quality client-focused proposals, budgets and client grids for new business
Attend department meetings and internal meetings related to RFP triage and proposals
Support training for new and existing staff within the P&C team

🎯 Requirements

Proven experience developing proposals and managing budgets within the CRO industry
Background in Pharmacovigilance (Safety Services) or PV providers is a plus
