Strategically support and lead the development of proposals, including strategy and TC leadership
Coordinate input from sales, marketing, operations, finance, legal and top management
QC and sense-check stakeholder feedback
Deliver high-quality client-focused proposals, budgets and client grids for new opportunities
Attend department meetings and internal P&C and global RFP triage calls
Support proposals training and onboarding of staff

🎯 Requirements

Proven experience developing proposals and managing budgets within the CRO industry
Background in Pharmacovigilance or PV providers is a plus
