Strategically support and lead the development of proposals, including strategy development and
Gather proposal input from sales, marketing, operations, finance, legal and top management
QC and sense check stakeholder feedback
Deliver high-quality client-focused proposals, budgets and client grids for new opportunities
Attend department meetings and internal workshops (RFP triage, P&C, ad hoc calls)
Support/provide training for staff and ongoing P&C training

🎯 Requirements

Proven experience developing proposals and managing budgets in CRO industry
Background in Pharmacovigilance or with PV providers is a plus
