📋 Description

• Research and validate ideas through customer interviews, market research and data.
• Build a deep understanding of customers, competitors and market trends to identify opportunities.
• Turn insight into clear recommendations, business cases and commercial models.
• Help shape the strategic roadmap for Goodlord Referencing, balancing customer needs with commercial
• Assess proposition opportunities, revenue impact and long-term value.
• Facilitate workshops and cross-functional discussions to build alignment and move ideas forward.

• Developing products, propositions or customer journeys based on customer needs and business
• Using customer, market and competitor insight to identify opportunities and make evidence-based
• Building business cases and assessing commercial opportunities, balancing customer value with
• Turning complex information into clear proposals that gain stakeholder buy-in.
• Working cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Commercial, Operations or Engineering teams to
