Propulsion Components Test Specialist

📋 Description

• Build & Commission new test assets and systems to unlock capabilities
• Author & Optimize test sequences, procedures, and processes for first-article development
• Identify & Mitigate hazards in a fast-paced test environment to ensure safety
• Mentor & Train production technicians on test equipment operation
• Plan & Execute test campaigns with Engineering to meet development, qualification, and

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2+ years of relevant technical experience (test procedures, fluid-mechanical systems, hazards
• Proficiency with basic office software (Excel, Word, Outlook, Slack)
• Knowledge of safety standards and mitigations
• Desire to teach and mentor less experienced team members
• Ability to plan an activity precisely and execute with minimal changes
