Propulsion Design Reliability Engineer

📋 Description

• Guide propulsion system design for a large-scale space station
• Drive static/dynamic loads, vibrations, thermal, and propulsion considerations
• Lead design reviews with clear guidance on mechanical design and test plans
• Peer review and approval of hardware designs during design reviews and test campaigns
• Ensure design criteria and requirements are followed for flight, launch, and ground support
• Define acceptance and qualification test completeness for flight systems

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering or related field
• 6+ years of reliability-focused engineering experience
• Hands-on hardware design, assembly, integration, or testing
• Experience on spacecraft/launch vehicle systems
• Strong scripting and data analysis skills (Python, MATLAB, Excel) and Tableau
• Willingness to work overtime/weekends for mission milestones
