Propulsion Engineer, Avionics Manufacturing (Raptor)

📋 Description

• Design, manufacture and test avionics on Raptor engines.
• Develop and qualify manufacturing processes for avionics.
• Automate processes and scale up in-house production capability.
• Own the production line: quality, tooling, ergonomics, safety.
• Create and maintain work instructions and maintenance planning.
• Coordinate with vendors and cross-functional teams for changes.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering
• 1+ years in a manufacturing environment (internships included)
• Advanced knowledge of sensors; operation, design and manufacturing
• Electronics packaging for harsh environments
• Experience with wire bonding, laser welding, epoxy dispense, or soldering
• Data analysis with Python, MATLAB or Minitab
• Hands-on role requiring standing for long durations
• Occasional travel, long hours, or weekend work
