Own the fabrication, processes, and assembly of Raptor thrust chamber and nozzle extension hardware
Create and refine manufacturing strategies, work instructions, custom fixtures, tooling, and
Build and maintain data pipelines for statistical process control and machine learning
Partner with propulsion design, materials, production, and supply chain teams
Maintain holistic ownership of production line including quality, equipment, safety
Challenge existing processes and collaborate with multi-disciplinary engineers

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in engineering discipline
1+ years hands-on experience with manufacturing process development
