Propulsion Engineer (Merlin Hardware Development)

📋 Description

• Serve as Responsible Engineer for a Merlin engine component through lifecycle.
• Lead Merlin development and qualification tests for hardware improvements.
• Design, analyze, and operate Merlin propulsion hardware across development and flight.
• Collaborate with production, test, launch, avionics, GNC, software to deliver flight-ready engines.
• Resolve day-to-day production, test, and launch issues hands-on with hardware.
• Lead anomaly investigations; drive rapid resolution and corrective actions.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or physics
• 1+ years hands-on fabrication, assembly, or testing
• 1+ years CAD design experience
• Master's in mechanical or aerospace engineering
• 1+ years combustion devices or rocket engine development
• Python or Matlab for analysis
