Propulsion Integration  Test Engineer II, First Shift

📋 Description

• Own the AeonR integrated assembly from design release to integration to shipment.
• Develop build processes to meet production targets and reduce build issues.
• Support production to deliver engines by resolving build issues and implementing feedback.
• Define and pilot long-term ERP, MES, and QMS solutions for high-quality manufacturing.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in engineering or related technical field and 2+ years of relevant experience
• Strong communication skills; able to write detailed work instructions and process plans
• Experience in startup or agile development environment
• Ability to work with and train technicians; experience leading a small team
• Familiarity with Additive Manufacturing, precision manufacturing, and associated inspection
• Experience in propulsion development program
