Propulsion Technical Program Manager

📋 Description

• Lead propulsion production across design, build, test, qualification, and integration.
• Own development-to-production transition with schedules and manufacturing readiness.
• Coordinate hardware/software/firmware integration for a complete propulsion subsystem.
• Manage complex supply chain and subcontractors for propulsion components.
• Track and report schedule, cost, risk, and technical performance.
• Serve as the face of the company to customers, subcontractors, and suppliers.

🎯 Requirements

• B.S. in engineering; M.S. preferred.
• 6+ years in engineering or technical program management.
• Proven track record delivering complex hardware through production with hardware/software integration.
• Propulsion experience preferred (development, qualification, or production).
• Experience managing programs with multiple subcontractors and a complex supply chain.
• Ability to manage integrated master schedules and budgets.
