πŸ“‹ Description

  • Assemble and test Aeon-R engine components and sub-assemblies.
  • Support precision cleaning, hydrostatic proof testing, and flow testing.
  • Assist with engine and hardware assembly and testing in-house.
  • Read work instructions and engineering drawings to ensure quality.
  • Collaborate across teams and communicate issues clearly.
  • First shift: Mon-Fri, 5:00am-3:30pm PT; 50-hour weeks incl OT.

🎯 Requirements

  • Experience on engines with focus on engine components.
  • Familiarity with Gas Generator cycle engine architecture.
  • Experience with high-pressure fluid systems: hydrostatic proof, leak tests, flow testing.
  • Familiarity with electrical and mechanical system integration.
  • Ability to read and interpret work instructions and drawings.
  • Strong technical and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Nice to have: familiarity with 5S manufacturing principles.
  • Nice to have: Lean manufacturing principles.
