📋 Description

• Own the AI pipeline: design and optimize multi-agent orchestration
• Implement parallelization and streaming to reduce latency
• Build robust prompt management with versioning and testing
• Design retrieval-augmented generation with vector DBs
• Develop production APIs connecting AI to frontend
• Establish code review practices and testing standards

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years production Python experience (async patterns, type hints)
• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar)
• Strong prompt engineering and multi-step LLM workflows
• Production API development with FastAPI or similar
• Strong SQL and PostgreSQL skills
• Experience with RAG systems and vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, pgvector)
