📋 Description

• Run travel risk management for employees: pre-travel risk assessments, real-time monitoring, and
• Lead ICEYE's response to security crises, coordinating internal teams and external partners to
• Plan and deliver executive protection for senior leaders, including threat assessments, route
• Act as the first point of contact for security incidents and alarm activations, triaging
• Plan and oversee security for company events, from risk assessment and access control to
• Manage external security vendors (protective services, travel risk, and event security), holding

🎯 Requirements

• Around 8 years of security experience in an international setting, covering crisis management
• Hands-on experience managing external security vendors, including performance and service level
• A track record of leading security for executive travel programmes or high-profile company events.
• Experience planning and running crisis exercises, incident response drills, and security training.
• Strong written documentation skills: procedures, incident and after-action reports, and travel risk
• Calm, structured decision-making under pressure, including during simultaneous incidents across
