📋 Description

• Support small-scale (30 mL culture) screening of protein antigens
• Support large-scale (5 L culture) purification of recombinant proteins and nanoparticles
• Preparation of buffers, maintenance of instruments, tracking of work orders, sanitization of
• Provide hands-on support of the protein expression group on occasion
• Collaborate with the protein characterization group and other teams

🎯 Requirements

• BS with 3–5 years or more of post-graduate work experience, or MS with 1–2 years of graduate and
• Demonstrated expertise in research-scale (up to 100 mg) affinity-based FPLC protein purification
• Proven knowledge of the application of affinity, charge-based, and size-exclusion protein
• Proficiency in protein characterization techniques and protein-based assays such as Bradford
• A strong command of aseptic technique and sterile cell culture performed in a biosafety cabinet to
