📋 Description

• The Provider Credentialing Specialist manages end-to-end credentialing and enrollment for
• Owns multiple credentialing workflows from application prep through final approval.
• Collects and verifies documentation for enrollment; submits applications to payers.
• Maintains CAQH, NPI enrollment, PECOS, and payer-specific requirements.
• Tracks statuses, timelines, and follow-ups with payers and providers.
• Supports provider offboarding and occasional billing/administrative tasks when needed.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years direct provider credentialing experience required.
• Full credentialing lifecycle experience: applications, follow-up, docs, re-credentialing.
• Strong knowledge of CAQH, NPI enrollment, payer rules.
• Experience with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payers.
• Proactive follow-up calls to payers; detail-oriented with deadline management.
• Excellent English communication; proficient in MS Office or Google Workspace.
