Provider Network Associate

📋 Description

• Support accessibility, availability, and quality of Oscar's Provider Network.
• Collaborate with internal partners and providers to hit growth and quality targets.
• Support provider recruitment, engagement, and education.
• Report to the Manager, Network Recruitment.
• Remote role; open to multiple states; travel up to 75%.
• Base pay shown; eligible for benefits and bonuses.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of relevant experience.
• 3+ years in provider healthcare recruiting and contracting.
• 1+ years in provider relations, provider services, or provider recruiting.
• Experience cross-functionally driving growth in one or more geographic areas.
• CRM experience or credentialing software is a plus.
• Experience documenting provider outreach and data management.
