Provider Network Associate

📋 Description

• Leverage available demographic data for current out of network providers to target recruiting for
• Deploy recruiting activities in defined expansion regions based on population demographics
• Assess potential provider capabilities, workflows and staffing to ensure ability to adhere to
• Help develop targeted outreach strategies to attract high-quality providers in desired specialties
• Perform daily outreach and contact with potential providers through phone calls, emails, and
• Document provider outreach activities and manage provider data in a Customer Relationship

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or 4+ years of relevant experience
• 3+ years of experience in provider healthcare recruiting and contracting
• 1+ years experience in provider relations, provider services or provider recruiting, working
