Provider Network Management Associate

📋 Description

• Build and shape a highly integrated provider network strategy within the PACE model
• Manage provider relationships end-to-end, including contract execution, onboarding, training, and
• Develop a pipeline of potential provider partners and advocate for the PACE model
• Execute market-specific network strategic plans
• Build collaborative relationships with internal teams (Clinical Operations, Utilization Management
• Monitor and report on KPIs and SLAs for the provider network

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (professional experience may be substituted)
• Minimum of one year of experience in provider relations field work; experience in managed care
• Demonstrated ability to provide excellent service to providers and partners
• Proven experience building trust-based relationships with diverse stakeholders
• Ability to travel to WelbeHealth markets as needed
