Provider Network Specialist

📋 Description

• Own and grow Wellthy's backup care provider network across markets.
• Source, vet, and onboard providers; keep them live and bookable.
• Negotiate rates and terms for single-site and multi-site groups.
• Onboard providers: collect docs, coordinate payments, go-live.
• Serve as ongoing point of contact for providers; foster relationships.
• Track market coverage and fill rates; flag gaps to meet demand.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in recruitment/vendor management/partnerships with targets.
• Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant experience may substitute.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and multitasking.
• Comfortable pulling data, generating reports; proficient with G Suite, Slack, spreadsheets.
• Experience recruiting backup care or childcare provider partners preferred.
