Provider Partnership Coordinator

📋 Description

• Develop and maintain provider relationships across markets.
• Guide partners from onboarding through ongoing engagement.
• Maintain external and cross-functional relationships with partners and clinical staff.
• Assist Network Management with credentialing and recredentialing.
• Coordinate with external partners to collect provider demographic updates.
• Collaborate with Provider Partnership Associate as a cohesive team for external providers.
• Monitor and triage the Provider Partnership inbox and forward questions as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree; professional experience may be substituted
• Must reside in Northern/Southern California; monthly meetings at the center are required
• Minimum of one (1) year of professional experience in a relevant area of work
• Experience in network relations, provider contracting, and/or health plan operations, required
• Excellent customer service, organizational, and communication skills
