Provider Relations Manager

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end deployment at the practice; align workflows; drive adoption.
• Build trusted relationships with physicians, care teams, and admins; primary escalation path.
• Monitor provider engagement metrics; present reports; use insights to drive change.
• Identify expansion opportunities within existing partners; surface new patient populations.
• Partner with Partnerships to scale Cadence across health system relationships.
• Collaborate with Product and Care Delivery to channel provider feedback into improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in account management, project leadership, or healthcare customer service.
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business, communications, or related field.
• Ability to build credible relationships with clinical and admin stakeholders.
• Proven track record of exceeding targets in field-based, goal-driven settings.
• Travel: national, 2-3 nights weekly; reside near major airport; valid driver's license.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace; strong analytical, data-driven approach.
