📋 Description

• Oversee ~100 ISV providers; top 20 strategic partners.
• Maintain provider catalog accuracy on AppDirect Marketplace.
• Lead governance via QBRs and performance reviews.
• Drive growth through MDF and joint GTM campaigns.
• Onboard ISVs; negotiate distribution/reseller agreements; enable partners.
• Coordinate product merchandising and provider enablement.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years in vendor or partner management
• Indirect technology channel experience (MSPs, agents)
• Experience with subscription commerce platforms or marketplaces
• MDF management, ROI reporting, and compliance
• Strong communication and collaboration; lead QBRs
• Operational discipline; manage ~100 providers
• Go-to-market and channel enablement experience
