Provider Success – Senior Account Manager

📋 Description

• Own and elevate provider experience for a portfolio of Sesame clinicians.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve workflows and lifecycle management.
• Build scalable operations tools and processes with product partners.
• Use provider feedback and data to drive product and process improvements.
• Run monthly provider performance reviews and coaching actions.
• Leverage AI/agentic tools to automate reporting and communications.

🎯 Requirements

• 2 to 5 years in sales, account management, customer success, or similar roles.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent analytical skills with data-driven decision making.
• Experience designing operational processes from scratch.
• Proficient with AI tools (e.g., Claude, Claude Code, Codex, Cowork).
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple tasks.
