📋 Description

  • Lead scheme-specific transition plans for PRT transactions
  • Manage end-to-end transition activity across timelines, risks and milestones
  • Collaborate with trustees, advisers, brokers and administrators on data and verification
  • Support PRT business development activities and documentation
  • Coordinate internal workstreams across L&G to deliver transitions
  • Maintain transition MI and provide updates to management

🎯 Requirements

  • Pension qualification (CII/PMI) or equivalent experience
  • Experience in Pension Risk Transfer market
  • Experience administering/onboarding defined benefit schemes
  • Strong knowledge of DB pension regulations, wind-up, PPF/FAS interaction
  • Understanding of buy-in, buy-out and de-risking activity
  • Strong project planning and stakeholder communication skills
