🎯 Requirements

  • Pension qualification (CII/PMI) or equivalent
  • Experience in Pension Risk Transfer market
  • Experience with defined benefit schemes
  • Strong knowledge of DB regulations and wind-up interactions
  • Understanding of buy-in/buy-out and de-risking
  • Strong project planning and stakeholder communication
