PRT - Transitions Manager

📋 Description

• Plan and manage scheme-specific transition plans for PRT transactions
• Oversee end-to-end transition activities within timelines, risks, and milestones
• Collaborate with trustees, advisers, brokers and administrators on data and benefit verification
• Support business development activities including tenders and site visits
• Lead internal workstreams across L&G to deliver transitions
• Maintain transition MI and provide updates to management

🎯 Requirements

• Pension qualification (CII or PMI) or equivalent experience
• Demonstrable experience in Pension Risk Transfer market
• Experience administering/onboarding defined benefit schemes
• Strong knowledge of DB pension regulations, wind-up requirements, and PPF/FAS interaction
• Understanding of buy-in, buy-out and de-risking activity
• Strong project planning, prioritisation and delivery skills
