📋 Description

  • Lead a Transitions team of Managers, Consultants and Data Analysts
  • Support delivery of new PRT scheme transitions from onboarding to handover
  • Collaborate with Transition Directors and Client Service teams
  • Oversee project management, data validation and documentation
  • Manage priorities, capacity and performance to meet SLAs
  • Drive improvements in processes, systems and ways of working

🎯 Requirements

  • Pensions qualification such as PMI or CII, or equivalent experience
  • Strong understanding of Defined Benefit schemes and PRT
  • Proven track record in leading and developing teams
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing across areas
  • Strong organisational skills with multiple priorities
  • Problem-solving and analytical capabilities
