PRT - Transitions Team Manager

📋 Description

• Lead a high‑performing Transitions team (Transitions Managers, Consultants, Data Analysts)
• Support delivery of new Pension Risk Transfer scheme transitions from onboarding to handover
• Collaborate with Transition Directors and Client Service teams to manage client requirements and
• Oversee project management, customer updates, data validation and scheme documentation
• Manage team priorities, capacity and performance to meet service levels and contractual obligations
• Drive continuous improvement across processes, systems and ways of working

🎯 Requirements

• Pensions qualification such as PMI or CII, or equivalent demonstrable experience
• Strong understanding of Defined Benefit pension schemes/Pension Risk Transfer
• Proven experience in leading, coaching and developing teams
• Strong stakeholder management with ability to influence across areas
• Excellent organisational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
• Customer-focused approach and commitment to high-quality service
