Prudential Risk Manager

📋 Description

• Supporting the oversight of key regulatory deliverables and enhancement plans
• Identification and interpretation of regulatory rules, providing oversight and challenge
• Support the production of reports and options on Monzo's financial position and controls framework
• Work alongside the Group Risk team to ensure frameworks are adhered to
• Review financial models used for financial forecasting, capital planning and stress testing
• Conduct discrete pieces of assurance

🎯 Requirements

• Relevant prudential experience within a bank, consultancy, or regulatory body
• In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements (capital, recovery planning, resolution)
• Advanced Excel/G-Sheets skills and experience building/reviewing financial models
• Interest in data analysis for risk insights
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Genuine desire to learn and grow
