📋 Description

• Oversee PSC phlebotomy operations at the designated location.
• Perform venipunctures and finger sticks.
• Verify test requisitions; resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain specimen integrity using aseptic technique.
• Track specimens with dates/times; log in Natera system.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA/PHI privacy and safety standards.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years phlebotomy experience.
• 5+ years customer care; supervising phlebotomy ops (preferred).
• BS/BA degree preferred; HS diploma required.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred; state regulations vary.
• Bilingual language skills preferred.
