📋 Description

• Verifies test requisitions against orders; flags discrepancies.
• Verifies patient ID before collection.
• Obtains blood specimens via venipuncture or finger sticks.
• Maintains specimen integrity using aseptic technique.
• Tracks specimens with dates/times in Natera systems.
• Supports phlebotomy program operations and ensures compliance with quality and KPI reporting.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years phlebotomy and customer care experience.
• Experience supervising phlebotomy operations/teams preferred.
• BS/BA degree preferred; degree may be required by state regulations.
• High School Diploma required; Phlebotomy Certification preferred.
• Bilingual skills preferred.
• HIPAA/PHI privacy and security training within 30 days of hire.
