📋 Description

• Verify test requisitions against orders; flag discrepancies to PM leadership.
• Verify patient identification and perform venipunctures or finger sticks.
• Maintain specimen integrity with aseptic technique and isolation procedures.
• Track specimens with initials, dates, and times; log daily collections.
• Ensure quality results; log QC data and biweekly KPIs.
• Provide phlebotomy program management support for PSC operations.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years phlebotomy experience.
• 5+ years customer care; leading phlebotomy operations; BS/BA preferred.
• High School Diploma; Phlebotomy Certification preferred (state regs vary).
• Bilingual skills preferred.
• HIPAA/PHI privacy training within 30 days; security training.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds; occasional travel.
