PSS Analytical Manager

📋 Description

• Lead teams, schedules, and train employees in client environment
• Organize technical resources and staff to meet client goals within deadlines
• Meet quality and productivity metrics; foster teamwork and collaboration
• Monthly meetings with direct reports, department, and client managers
• Disseminate administrative communications
• Assist Director with business operations as needed

🎯 Requirements

• PhD preferred; or Bachelor’s in chemistry/related field with relevant experience
• 3+ years hands-on lab experience in analytical chemistry
• Experience with monoclonal antibodies
• Strong leadership and project management skills
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
• Excellent communication (oral and written) and attention to detail
