📋 Description

• Review clinical documentation across note types - initial assessments, and progress notes - to
• Review clinical decision-making processes and the use of evidence-based diagnostic criteria, risk
• Complete additional quality-assessment work as our programs evolve, including calibration exercises
• Some peer educators may also provide asynchronous and live 1:1 remediation support to providers
• Complete all review and documentation work within Headway's designated systems, adhering to HIPAA

🎯 Requirements

• You are a current PMHNP/MD with an active license and at least 3 years of experience.
• You have experience completing quality chart reviews or audits for healthcare delivery
• You are comfortable working alongside AI-assisted review tools: critically evaluating a model's
• You are an expert communicator and educator, with experience conveying information to large and
