Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner-Oklahoma

📋 Description

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and develop diagnostic formulations
• Create individualized treatment plans in partnership with patients and families
• Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications while monitoring effectiveness, safety, and clinical
• Provide brief supportive interventions and psychoeducation alongside medication management
• Collaborate with therapists, psychiatrists, and care coordinators through regular case consultation
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in our EHR

🎯 Requirements

• Active, unrestricted Oklahoma PMHNP license (multi-state or compact licensure preferred)
• PMHNP-BC board certification
• Active DEA license
• Master's or doctoral degree from an accredited PMHNP program
• Experience with—or strong interest in—working with children, adolescents, and families
• Comfort working independently in a telehealth environment
