📋 Description

• Conduct thorough psychiatric evaluations, assessments, and diagnoses for children, adolescents, and
• Develop personalized treatment plans and provide expert medication management
• Build meaningful therapeutic relationships with patients and families, educate about treatment
• Monitor progress against care goals, adjust treatment plans as needed, and intervene proactively
• Collaborate with psychotherapists and specialists to create integrated treatment plans and
• Oversee diagnostic testing and maintain thorough, HIPAA-compliant documentation

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree from an accredited nursing program with active PMHNP-BC certification
• Active Pennsylvania PMHNP/CRNP/APRN license, DEA registration, and State Prescriptive Authority
• At least 1 year of independent psychiatric experience working under licensure with children and
• Available to work during core after-school/peak demand hours (after 3pm ET weekdays and/or weekends)
• Experienced with EMR systems, Google Suite, and virtual telehealth platforms
• Passion for family-centered, high-touch, collaborative care
