🎯 Requirements

• Licensed PMHNP in DC, MD, or VA (must reside in state)
• Minimum 2 years PMHNP clinical and prescribing experience
• Comfortable delivering care via office, telemedicine, or hybrid
• Strong collaboration with physicians and clinical leadership
• Experience with credentialing and insurer relationships
• Excellent communication and patient care skills
