📋 Description

• Residency program to nurture and empower next gen PMHNPs in pediatric mental health
• 9-12 month program for recent grads or those new to licensure
• Hybrid work model: in person clinic and telehealth
• Program begins October 2026
• After residency, graduates may join as senior clinicians for at least 2 years

🎯 Requirements

• National PMHNP certification
• 12 of 40 weekly hours during after school hours after 4 pm ET on weekdays or any weekend
• In person at Frederick MD clinic up to 3 days a week
• Master's degree in PMHNP or NP and recent grad or <1 year PMHNP experience
• Active Maryland PMHNP license and DEA or on track to obtain by start
• After 12 months, join Blackbird Clinical Services for two more years
